Looking out of the rain splashed window, I sigh, and as the water beads trickle down, I think, FFS.

Hi all, Well yesterday I made the journey I've been wanting to make since the mid nineties but never got round to doing. I went and walked Ducketts Passage. And it was worth the wait. The changes have been remarkably little, aside from yellow lines, little street rubbish and some street art its the same. Its a shame it can't be said for the Royal Oak, I mean inside. It still looks great and you can tell it was used in the filming, but due to time, camara trickery and moveable props it's hard to place things. There's no seller trap door behind the bar where Phoebes dad came up to greet Gary in the first episode and I couldn't place the piano either. But it was nice to sit and take in the atmosphere, have a beer at the same spot as Gary Sparrow. I took some pictures did a little filming and generally enjoyed the hell out of it. Highly recommended.

Who runs the duckettspassage site? Hello tabs and everyone else on the forum. Ducketts Passage is owned and run by myself, but it is now up and running for all visitors. It started many years ago now, around 2009 and has been great fun, I am still surprised at the interest shown in the show. I do owe a great amount of thanks to JM as Terry K mentions she was the Locations Manager for the series and has helped me with some of the more not so obvious locals. If any body on here wants more info on locations that are not on the site please email me but remember that a lot of the locations were filmed at Teddington, Ezra Street for example was only used until Series 2.

i hope she does visit this forum cos i'd love to get my hands on a full list of the locations! the locations site set up by ron is very good, but there are still a few locations i'd love to discover. I can think of a good 3 or 4 sites that aren't on that website. Julia seems to be the ideal person to ask! do you think you could get hold of a full list terry? :-) Julia helped me on some of the locations which I did have trouble finding. I started my website some 6 years after the show finished and when I did contact Julia for help, at her own admittance, she couldn't remember all of them. Back in the day things weren't as techno as we are today. That said she has been a big help to me as has Terry K. There are a couple more locations that I am looking for and I do still update the site as I have done recently. Please remember though that after Series 3 nearly everything was filmed at Teddington Studios, including Duckett's Passage and the Royal Oak. Regards Ron W.
