I've looked for it but no joy Oh that's a shame. In the DVD commentary they mention how it can be found. They dont mention an author sadly. |

So it's an actual book then? It was mentioned on the DVDs as being around and buyable at Ebay but on the DVDs when pausing I could see the title but not the author. |
